How do I return

To initiate a replacement, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We offer replacements only for items that arrive damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong order.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order

  • Include clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The hygiene sticker, hang tag, and brand label must still be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging 

Important:

  • For damaged items, we will send you a new shipment once we receive your email and photo evidence

  • For wrong orders, a replacement will be shipped once the incorrect item is returned

  • We do not accept replacements for items that have been worn, used, altered, or returned without original tags, hygiene stickers, and packaging

What items are refundable?

Only damaged items (from shipping) are eligible for return. 

You will be required to include pictures as proof within 2 days of receiving the item

Items must be in original condition and in the original packaging 

Items must be unwashed and unworn.

Free gifts and promotional items are not returnable.

Are there any charges for return?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

FYER ships worldwide. Outside the US, all shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc) if any. Please verify with the local customs office before making purchases, as customs policies vary widely. In the event that a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We only accept replacement requests for items that arrive damaged due to shipping or if you receive the wrong order.

To qualify:

  • You must send clear photos of the damage or incorrect item within 2 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The hygiene sticker, hang tag, and brand label must still be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (for wrong orders only)

Please note:

  • Damaged items will be replaced with a new shipment

  • Incorrect items must be shipped back to us before we send the replacement

  • We do not accept replacements for items that have been tried on, used, or altered in any way

  • Free gifts and promotional items are not eligible for replacement

Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
